Technical department

Your order will be solved from design to processing of complete production documentation with possibility its administration and change management.

Our work is based on long-time experiences with construction of thin sheet metals products, construction of cabs and bonnets for building machines, machine and device coverings. We use 3D CAD software ProENGINEER PTC Creo. Our efficient mobile workstation are suitable for fieldwork if necessary.

Assembly department

Assembly department ensures final completing finished products of our standing production program, mostly special heat line heaters for building and agricultural machines. Among our frequently products of custom production belongs payment terminals, single-purpose machines and cabs for transport machinery. Apart from the usual assembly operations we successfully apply glueing (glasses and laminate with verified technological methods a products of a brand SIKA) and execute assemblings of wiring and electronic devices.

Locksmith department

Equipment of our locksmith workshop allows us to cover all our inner operations from splitting of a material with band saws, hydraulic shears to milling, turning, drilling, threading and bending.

Welding department

Welding department We specialize in weldments from thin sheet metals and sections, we weld with reliable and high-performance Danish company's MIGATRONIC machines.

•  Capacitor welding of bolts with spike ignition

Department of plastics

We offer piece and small-series production of parts and special products in Rapid-prototyping style. We work with multicomponent polyurethanes and silicones. The result is motley variety of original products according to your demands in unrivalled short delivery time...
